BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Deepstar Nigeria is governed by a group of successful entrepreneurs and high ranking professionals. The board has demonstrated strong commitment to the Company and to the realization of its business objectives. The board of directors, in addition to setting the tone and strategic vision, mission, and objectives, also brings to bear diverse and varied, in addition to reviewing operations and activities of the executive management team. The board is made up of a majority of non-executive, independent directors, thus, ensuring corporate governance best practices are strictly adhered to.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Deepstar Nigeria is managed by a young, virile, and dynamic team with a breadth of experience in oil and gas sales, marketing and distribution, and financial management.

The Management Team is the executive body responsible for the day-to-day management of Deepstar, and is appointed by and serves at the discretion of our board of directors.
